looking for an ambitious and dynamic Cold Caller (Female) who will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers or clients. The primary objective of a Cold Caller is to generate interest, establish a connection, and qualify leads for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Bachelors will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant phone manner.
• Persuasive and convincing communication abilities to engage potential leads.
• Strong active listening skills to understand and address potential leads' needs.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection and objections without becoming discouraged.
• Organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls, schedule follow-ups, and maintain
accurate records.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and improve.
• Previous cold calling experience of 2 to 3 years or sales experience is required.
Job Timing: Night Shift 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM – Monday to Friday
