Job Position: Commercial Officer - HSE (Electrical background)

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Job Responsibilities:
Support PSM Implementation
Assist in implementing the 22 elements of PSM
Provide support in maintaining PSM documentation, registers, and compliance records.

Data Collection & Analysis
Collect data for process hazard analysis (PHA), management of change (MOC), and incident investigation.
Prepare summary reports and presentations for line management.

Field Support
Participate in MSA, inspections, and verification of PSM implementation across Business Units.
Report unsafe conditions and follow up for corrective actions.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain updated SOPs, checklists, and training records related to PSM activities.
Ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and regulatory inspections.

Training & Awareness
Assist in preparation of newly developed and revised PSM training modules and awareness sessions.
Prepare posters, handouts, and basic training materials under guidance.

Audit & Compliance
Provide support in internal & external audits.
Track compliance gaps and follow up for closure.

Experience: 2-4 years (internship or exposure in a chemical/petrochemical/power/utility industry preferred).

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of process safety concepts and Dupont PSM elements.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work in field and office environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of Process Safety.
