Position Title: Coordinator – Supply

Responsibilities:
. Use excellent communication skills to professionally and courteously interact with our rider applicants via call, email, and other online portals.
. Promptly respond to queries of our applicants and resolve their issues.
. Monitor rider recruitment social media channels, particularly our rider recruitment facebook page
. Daily targeted SMS broadcast to leads generated through different channels
. Calling and motivating the fleet for “Refer a Friend” hiring campaign
. Collaboration with Supply Associates and Rider Services team for improving rider retention
. Assisting in ensuring timely availability of required rider equipment inventory at our nationwide hubs

Requirements:

. Fresh graduate, preferably BBA are welcomed to apply. . . Any relevant experience in a similar field will be considered a bonus.
. Strong written and verbal communication
. Fluent in English and Urdu
. Good MS Office suite and Google Earth/Maps usage knowledge
. Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
