JOB ROLE:
- Prepare and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyze cost structures, pricing models, and operational efficiencies to support effective cost management.
- Monitor in-house production facilities, focusing on raw material consumption, capacity utilization, and profitability.
- Track cash flow trends, optimize working capital, and manage liquidity to ensure smooth business operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting: CA Finalist with strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and working capital optimization.
