Applicants must have excellent command over English communication both written and verbal with a passion to make an impact in a fast learning and growth oriented work environment.
About the Job Role: (In-bound Service)
Act as a liaison between customers and company agents to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Take in-bound calls and Live Chat requests from customers to answer in a friendly and positive manner.
Advise and respond to customers about their queries and complaints related to their concern product.
Gender: Female Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi city, PAK Timing: 03:00pm - 11:00pm PST
Salary Range: PKR 25 - 30K / month only
