Techno Freight Pakistan is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing logistics team.
Location: Port Way Trade Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage customer communication for FCL, LCL, Air & Sea Freight
2. Coordinate with operations, documentation, and overseas agents
3. Provide shipment updates, schedules, and cut-off information
4. Resolve customer queries professionally and timely
5. Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding customer service
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of shipping operations & documentation
- Ability to work under pressure
