Customer Support – Immediate Hiring (Contractual)
Location: Karachi
Employment Type: Contractual (Full‑time, rotational shifts)

Role Summary
We are seeking motivated male Customer Service professionals to manage client interactions, resolve queries, and maintain service quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Phone Banking Officer (PBO) in the banking sector
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Capability to work in a structured environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree holders will be prioritized
Only male candidates will be considered
Contract Details
Duration: 5 months
Salary: PKR 45,000 – 55,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: 8‑hour rotational shifts, 6 days a week
Immediate availability required
