We're Hiring: Customer Support Associate YAP Pakistan
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time | Onsite | Shift: Rotational (Morning, Evening, Night)
YAP Pakistan is looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our growing team! If you have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel, and a passion for helping others — this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues with empathy and accuracy
- Document interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex problems
- Stay updated on YAP’s products and services
- Work rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 support
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Urdu
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in customer support or call centers
- Familiarity with CRM systems
