Sahane is hiring Customer Support Executive (Fashion Retail)-full-time and on-site position

Job Location: Tariq Road, Karachi
Timing: 10am -7pm

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee customer service operations, across WhatsApp, emails, and calls.
·Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer queries, refunds, team performance, and other key insights.

Key Requirements:
·Atleast Bachelors with 1+ years of relevant experience
·Exceptional English writing & communication skills.
·Strong analytical skills – ability to generate and interpret reports.
·Problem-solving mindset & ability to work independently.
·Tech-savvy – comfortable using customer service tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
