Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite) Night Shift

MacCare is looking for a Data Analyst to join our analytics team and support data-driven decision-making across our Value-Based Care (VBC) and MSO operations.
This role goes beyond simply extracting data. You will work with healthcare and operational datasets to develop meaningful dashboards, reports, insights, and performance metrics that help stakeholders understand what is happening across our business and make better decisions.
What You’ll Do
Analyze healthcare, operational, and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for VBC and MSO initiatives.
Work with SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from relevant sources.
Use Excel and Power Query for data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
Work with EMR and other healthcare-related datasets to support analytical requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports.
Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions and visualizations.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional and U.S.-based teams to understand reporting requirements.
Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics processes.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
What They’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or healthcare analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Query.
Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of data quality, validation, and reporting accuracy.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
Experience working with healthcare, EMR, VBC, RCM, or MSO data will be an advantage.
