WE ARE HIRING - Deputy General Manager IT

This role leads and governs enterprise IT operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable systems, infrastructure, and connectivity across all company locations.

Major Accountabilities
1. Define and lead IT operations strategy for Plant Site and Head Office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business continuity requirements.
2. Provide technical and people leadership to IT teams, ensuring high availability, reliability, security, and performance of IT systems and services.
3. Act as the primary escalation authority for critical IT incidents, cybersecurity events, and major service disruptions.
4. Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, SOPs, security frameworks, and compliance standards across the organization.
5. Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure and operations, including network connectivity. SAP systems, servers, endpoints, network devices, patching, and lifecycle management.
6. Manage enterprise systems and applications, Including LAN/Wi-Fi, Office 365, email services, intranet portals, website administration, and IT Service
7. Desk operations with defined SLAs.
8. Ensure robust information security and surveillance controls, including cybersecurity audits, risk assessments, compliance reviews, and CCTV infrastructure oversight.
9. Lead vendor, stakeholder, and financial management activities, including vendor selection and contracts, SAP PRs, invoice processing, IT budgeting, cost control, and executive reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.Sc. or B.E Computer Science. Preferred
• Professional Certifications: Microsoft Certifications - Cybersecurity Certifications

Experience: 15+ years of IT leadership experience with strong expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and global best practices. Proven capability in SAP infrastructure, enterprise network architecture, DNS/DHCP services, IT budgeting, vendor management, and effective stakeholder and crisis management.
