We are hiring for the following position:

Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - I.T Department.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in I.T, Computer Science or related field.
Experience: At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience of garment manufacturing industry with Oracle ERP.
Required Competencies:
1. Ability to implement and optimize Oracle.
2. Must be able to manage and support ERP system upgrades and testing.
3. Ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation of EBS processes, system modifications, and configurations.
4. Ability to monitor ERP system performance, proposing and implementing improvements as needed.
5. Able to Liaise with ERP vendors and service providers, managing contracts and service agreements.
6. Must be able prepare and monitor the budget for ERP operations and investments.
7. Must have excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
