Deputy Manager Compliance & Sustainability
Qualification: MPA/BS Environmental Science or equivalent degree.
Experience: 4-5 Years
Location: Qadir Pur Rawan, Site Multan
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise the installation and finalization of Firefighting systems, ELV centralized Fire Alarm & Smoke Detector systems, and Health & Safety equipment as per international standards.
· Plan and manage external audits and update compliance documents for certifications such as ISO-9001/2015, ISO-14001/2015, SA-8000, BSCI, SEDEX SMETA, INDITEX (GTW), GOTS, etc.
· Conduct weekly gap assessments of units focusing on HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) considerations and ensure compliance adherence to all relevant rules and regulations.
· Organize employee training programs on compliance standards, health & safety, firefighting, first aid, PPE, and machine safety, with specialized sessions on chemical handling and store management.
· To implement the “Train the Trainer” project to ensure effective training is delivered to workers.
· Manage and maintain sustainability and traceability reporting portals.
· Liaise with customers, suppliers, and agents to ensure compliance requirements are consistently met.
