Position: Deputy Manager- Human Resource
Location: Karachi
Job Description:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, handling grievances and promoting a positive work culture.
- Performance Management: Oversee appraisal systems and support managers in evaluating and improving employee performance.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize learning programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and rewards, ensuring fairness and market competitiveness.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
- Strategic HR Planning: Assist in manpower forecasting and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and workforce trends for management review.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and update HR policies, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead HR initiatives, support team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive organizational success.
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Education: MBA / Master’s degree (preferably in HR or Business Administration).
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a managerial HR role, ideally within a manufacturing concern.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with understanding of data/statistical methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Thorough knowledge of HR management practices and systems.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
