We are Hiring - DEPUTY MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES

Elite Engineering (PVT) Ltd., the emerging EPC Company of Pakistan requires the services of a qualified and experienced Deputy Manager Human Resources for its Head Office in Lahore.

Qualifications: Masters in HR from a reputed university.

Experience:

• 15+ years (at least 5 years at Managerial level) in Human Resource Management in a large engineering-based organization having a diverse human resource base comprising of professionals of various disciplines including engineers, technical, skilled and unskilled staff.
• In-depth and hands-on knowledge and experience of HR Policy, HR Systems, SOPs, Strategic Human Resource Planning, Recruitment and Cn-boarding, Job Analysis and Descriptions, Performance Appraisals, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Motivation and operational matters is required. Direct experience in supervising the development of HR Software will be a plus,
• Excellent communications, presentation, reporting and writing skills are required.
• Capable of managing and leading the HR team
• Coordination and liaison with other departments.
