+10 years of HR experience with a top-tier manufacturing firm.
Candidate must have a strong-hand experience in OD.
JOB BRIEF
- Overall responsible for the complete recruitment cycle and process
- Design, Develop and Conduct Effective Induction & Orientation Sessions for the New Recruit
- Design the Performance Management Protocols
- Prepare Annual & Quarterly basis targets for Performance Management System
- Prepare Scoreboard to analyse the results of the Performance Management System
- Prepare Training Calendar as per the need of the Organization
- Identify, Design and Develop the Training & Development Program of the Organization
