Position: Deputy Manager Organizational Development
Experience: 4-6 Years
Qualification: MBA - HRM

Location: SITE Area, Karachi
Role Description:
- Works at the Strategic Level across the whole Organization.
- Develops strategic partnerships with the Business Teams, HR group, and other internal stakeholders to identify and intervene on change management initiatives that foster organization learning and address corporate strategic goals and needs.
- Set-up KPIs and Job Evaluation procedures.
- Prepare Job Descriptions.
- Provides project management for organization-wide projects/initiatives as required, facilitating team efforts and helping to define project goals, timelines and resource requirements.
