Utopia Industries is seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Deputy Manager Stores to lead and strengthen our Stores operations at Nooriabad, Sindh.

Stay: Must be willing to stay in Nooriabad

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end Stores operations, ensuring uninterrupted material availability for production.
Manage receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, issuance, transfer, and dispatch of materials.
Develop and enforce strong inventory control systems, SOPs, and warehouse discipline.
Ensure 100% stock accuracy through cycle counts, physical verification, reconciliation, and system controls.
Control GRN, material issuance, stock transfers, returns, adjustments, and inventory documentation.
Monitor and control minimum/maximum stock levels, reorder levels, safety stock, and material consumption.
Identify and minimize slow-moving, non-moving, excess, obsolete, and dead stock.
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation and effective warehouse space utilization.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits and ensure timely closure of discrepancies.
Investigate inventory variances, shortages, excesses, and discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate closely with Procurement, Planning, Production, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth material flow.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, accessories, chemicals, packaging materials, and other operational requirements.
Establish strong controls against material loss, pilferage, damage, misplacement, and unauthorized issuance.
Ensure proper material identification, bin location, labeling, stacking, and warehouse housekeeping.
5s Implementations
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, internal controls, HSE requirements, and audit standards.
Prepare and analyze inventory reports, stock aging, consumption trends, variance reports, and KPIs for management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, cost control, and service levels.
