Position: Design Lead / Head of Design
Location: Karachi
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline
Industry: Hospitality

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all technical aspects of architectural and engineering projects within the Hotel Business and Restaurant Architecture sectors.
- Oversee the creation of construction drawings, guiding the design team, reviewing sketches and digital models, and endorsing design modifications.
- Responsible for preparing concepts, trending market designs Innovations and engineering practice.
- Deliver design proposals to clients through presentations, bids, and tenders within specified deadlines, elucidating pertinent details, reports, and expense breakdowns.
- Conduct consultations and lead negotiations with prospective clients throughout project development and bidding phases.
- Evaluate potential projects for viability by conducting research and analysis on technology, design criteria, regulatory requirements, and market demand
- Drive innovation and establish protocols and procedures for architectural design and engineering endeavors as needed to minimize expenses and enhance efficiency.
