Qualification: Graduation/Master in Textile Designing
Experience: Minimum 6 Years
Location: Karachi

Responsibilities:
-Enhance communication channels between ongoing customer interactions and new customer relations.
-Manage end-to-end projects, including product design, material sourcing, and account management within the home textile sector.
-Collaborate with artists and suppliers within the home textile industry to identify new product opportunities.
-Develop and maintain a catalog of creative materials to keep abreast of market trends in home textiles.
-Lead the creation and development of products tailored for various segments of the home textile market.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate design concepts into the production process.
-Guide and inspire design teams, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
-Stay updated on emerging design trends and consumer preferences in the home textile market through regular market research.
-Oversee the entire design process, ensuring the delivery of high quality and timely products from concept to production.
-Coordinate with stakeholders to align design strategies with overarching business objectives in the home textile industry.
