Designs King is looking for an energetic Design Sales Calling Agent / Chat Agent to join their growing team in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

• Make inbound & outbound calls to potential clients for graphic, web, and design services
• Engage with leads via calls, chat, and emails, presenting tailored design solutions
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design packages
• Convert inquiries into successful sales and build lasting client relationships
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and closed deals

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in sales, design services, or digital agency sales (preferred)
• Confident, persuasive, and results-driven attitude
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, branding, or digital services is a plus
• Must be based in Karachi (onsite role)
