Job Title: DGM Marketing
Location: Korangi, Karachi
Required Experience & Skill set:
• 12 years of senior managerial experience with a reputable company.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Experience in national sales and marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Master’s Degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institute
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies in line with the business plan.
• Retain and enhance market share in wholesale, retail, and corporate segments nationwide.
• Motivate and manage marketing department personnel for optimal efficiency.
• Prepare and monitor the annual marketing budget.
• Set and achieve annual quality objectives for the marketing department.
• Ensure receivables are within limits and paid on time.
Remuneration:
• Gross Monthly Salary: PKR 300,000 – 325,000
• 1300 CC company-maintained car with fuel.
• Medical expense reimbursement for self and immediate family (post-probation).
• Bonus, leaves, P.F, group life insurance, etc., as per company policy (post-probation).
