Description
We are hiring - Digital Education Assistant
Karachi - Lahore - Islamabad
Required Skills:
. 2+ years of experience in LMS administration or a similar training technology role.
. Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Articulate, Docebo, Cornerstone) and course authoring tools such as Rise 360 or Storyline.
. Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards and e-learning course structures.
. Proficiency in Excel for LMS data tracking and reporting.
. Experience executing course publishing workflows including uploads, linking, and QA.
. Familiarity with accessibility standards (alt text, structured content, captions, color contrast).
. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
. Familiarity with customer education programs or client onboarding.
. Background in Learning & Development (L&D) or technical support.
