AGILE HR CONSULTING is looking to hire "Dispensing Officer" for a Pharmaceutical Client based in Karachi

Qualification: Pharm D
Required Experience: Prior experience of at least 6 month in a similar role within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment preferred.

Core Job Responsibilities:
• Dispensing Officer reports duly to the In charge Raw Material Store.
• Assist in ensuring the calibrations of all the balances and record it on the register.
• Responsible for providing assistance in weighing of the raw material correctly and accurately according to Production order.
• Responsible for providing assistance in maintaining accuracy of the raw material weights dispensed to be used in the manufacturing.
• To keep and adequate checks on the dispensing protocols according to SOP and GMP.
• Follow the FIFO/FEFO.
• Provide assistance in proper labeling containing product name, raw material, manufacturing, retest, expiry and other additional information of all the dispensed raw materials.
• Provide assistance to Sr. Officer on the issuance of raw material to manufacturing.
• To keep checks on the issuance of liquid material to manufacturing
• Responsible for providing assistance to Sr. Officer for timely issuance of batches to production.
• To ensure that temperature and humidity is come within specified limit.
• To ensue and maintain all the relevant dispensing log books and documents entries.
• To ensure proper cleaning of dispensing areas.

Salary Budget: 40k - 60K plus standard benefits
