About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and goal-driven Educational Counselor to join our team in Karachi. You’ll play a key role in guiding students through their study abroad journey—helping them define their academic goals, choose suitable institutions, and complete application processes. You'll also engage with students via walk-ins, WhatsApp, calls, and events while supporting outreach initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Guide students through the application and admission process for international universities
• Assess students’ academic backgrounds and goals to suggest suitable study-abroad options
• Maintain and update student records
• Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins, and education events
• Meet weekly/monthly lead conversion and enrollment targets
• Support outreach activities including education expos, seminars, and visits to institutions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu
• Previous counseling, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
• Confident, proactive, and able to handle call and counseling workloads
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs, and WhatsApp Business is a plus
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
