Position: EHS Executive
Location: Site Area, Karachi
Qualification: B.E. preferably in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience is required, preferably pharmaceutical & FMCG industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinates with line management to expedite the completion/correction of reported EHS hazards/issues including accident investigation actions. Conducts employee engagement activities like Health and Safety Day to promote the safety culture and awareness.
Ensures compliance of all periodic EHS inspections e.g., firefighting equipment, LUX (lighting) and Noise monitoring.
Coordinates to update emergency response SOPs and seeks to ensure their implementation.
Conducts monthly/quarterly firefighting drills/training of staff.
Coordinates to organize quarterly meetings to assess the status of emergency response in departments.
Conducts/updates periodic risk assessment of all relevant areas.
To carry out conflict management among teams to develop a competitive and challenging environment.
