HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the following position.
Position Title: Electrical Sales Manager
Location: Lahore
Salary Range: 250k to 300k

Job Responsibilities:
•Meet or exceed sales targets for their assigned market(s) in accordance with the overall policies and objectives
•Review quotation request from customers in assigned market(s) and clarify customer specifications and liaise with sales support teams to complete timely quotations to customer
•Apply sales strategy; profit margins and commercial terms through contract/agreement negotiation with customer
•Secure amount and type of orders from assigned market(s) to meet sales budget and needs of the business
•Contact new and potential customers and maintain good relation with existing customer
•Identify customers' needs and give formal and informal presentations.
•Prepares various sales reports and sales activity reports.
•Respond to customer requests and stay current in the knowledge of the full range of company products and services and creates enthusiasm for new product(s).
•Communicates closely with others departments (i.e. design engineering, contracts specialists, operations, etc.) regarding customer needs and inquiries.
•Provides feedback to the company on customer needs, competitors, technology, and other pertinent issues.
•Communicate and promote the company’s image and objectives externally.
•Provide and maintain timely, quality inputs to the quotation data system and customer management tools for assigned market(s).

Requirements:
•Electrical Engineering
•Strong grip on English Communication.
•5-10 years related work experience is mandatory.
