Hiring Inbound, Email & Chat Support Executives - Lahore
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Providing prompt and accurate assistance to customers through calls, email & chat support
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and empathetic manner
- Gathering information to escalate complaints or issues
- Call Center Experience is preferably required
Must Have:
- Age should not be above 28 years
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Written and Spoken English
- Minimum Graduate (14 Years Study)
