ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Senior Upwork Bidder to manage our Upwork proposals and help us win more projects. You will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, analyzing job posts, and ensuring we stand out tom the competition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Find and analyze relevant job opportunities on Upwork
. Write personalized, persuasive, and high-converting proposals
. Highlight our strengths and post success in proposals
. Maintain a high proposal-to-interview and interview-to-hire sate.
. Communicate electively with the team to align on strategies.
. Track performance and suggest improvements.

REQUIREMENTS
. Proven experience as on Upwork Bidder (minimum 2+ years).
. Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms and best practices.
. Excellent English writing and communication skills.
. Experience in the IT, Software, SaaS, or Digital Services niche is a plus.
. Ability to research, analyze, and create tailored proposals
. Track record of winning projects and generating revenue.
