Description
Looking for "Examinations Services Manager" for our client based in Lahore. Job Responsibilities: • To manage the examination staff efficiently across different cities by constantly monitoring their performance and addressing their operational and training issues. • To develop a mechanism for exams staff training and development by Liaising with Customer Services and other relevant teams so that they are constantly groomed and well prepared for the role profile. • To ensure that team building activities are conducted for frequently used venue staff which strengthens their performance and improves output. • Ensure appropriate arrangements are in place for the effective management of venue staff in outreach cities including travel and accommodation.
