Description

Job Title: Executive Assistance (Hybrid - Islamabad)
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (Initial onboarding in-office, then primarily remote)
Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – PKR 150,000 per month
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of remote work after a brief initial in-office training period in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
 - Act as a primary point of contact, handling professional communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
 - Prepare, draft, and edit reports, presentations, and other critical documents with a high degree of accuracy.
 - Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and tracking action items.
 - Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
 - Maintain an efficient digital filing system and ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
 - Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal, is a mandatory requirement.
 - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
 - Impeccable organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
 - Strong ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently with minimal supervision.
 - High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Trello).
