AGILE HR CONSULTING is looking to hire Executive Assistant to Chairman for a manufacturing group of company

Position: Executive Assistant to Chairman
Location: Lahore
Education: Master's degree
Salary: PKR 200,000 - 350,000 (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to the Chairman, providing high-level administrative support.
Manage the Chairman's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.
Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Should have a presentable appearance and excellent communication skills.
