Description

Imtiaz Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented "Executive - HR Operations" to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations at the warehouse level, ensuring smooth workforce management, compliance with labor laws and effective employee relations, contributing to efficient operations within one of Pakistan's leading and fastest-growing retail chains.

Location: Karachi Warehouse.
Qualification: Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Experience & Skills Required:
* 3 to 5 years of relevant HR Operations experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance (EOBI, SESSI, PF, etc.)
* Experience handling blue-collar and contractual workforce.
* Hands-on experience in attendance, shift management and payroll coordination.
* Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle employee grievances.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, shift management and manpower deployment.
* Manage recruitment and onboarding of staff, operators and other workforce.
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
* Coordinate payroll inputs, overtime, incentives, and wage processing
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and employee relations.
* Support performance management, training coordination and engagement activities.
* Liaise with contractors, labor consultants and government authorities when required.
* Support audits and inspections related to HR and statutory compliance
