Position Title: Executive Officer — Human Resources
Location: Karachi
Qualification: BBA / MBA — Human Resource Management
Experience Required: At least 1 - 2 years in a same capacity.
Required Sk IIS: Good command on MS Office, have hand on experience of complete payroll administration, Know-how of ERP will be added advantage.

Principal Responsibility:
Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data of Attendance / Leaves.
Update and process Advance / Loans / OPD Reimbursement Claims / Medical Claims.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, advances & loans.
Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
Provides payroll information by answering queries and requests of the employees.
Reconcile payroll on monthly basis with Finance Department
Process Full & Final Settlement of separated employees.
