Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and agile Social Media & Community Executive to support content strategy, manage social media channels, and grow online communities across our portfolio. The role focuses on trend-led content creation, community engagement, performance analysis, and brand storytelling to enhance customer engagement and brand perception.

Key Responsibilities:
. Support and execute social media content strategies
. Schedule and publish content across all social platforms
. Create and suggest creative content ideas and trends
. Manage and engage with online communities and respond to queries
. Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports

Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Mandatory)
. Minimum 2 years of experience in a social media role
. Strong communication and writing skills (English required)
. Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok
. Familiarity with social media tools (Sprinklr preferred)
