Export Logistics Officer
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Experience: 1-2 Years
1. Coordinate with the supply chain and prepare shipment planning accordingly.
2. To prepare B/L specimen, freight subsidiary, rebate documentations in coordination to the concern department(s), and also to take follow ups of all shipments, shipping bills, TR/custom attested invoice, packing list and sales tax invoice while also to coordinate with the banks for export documents.
3. Perform and update of reports regarding rebate and freight subsidiary.
Responsible for checking/verifying all export documentation through related agencies (Govt. /Private) for its authentications.
4. Work with team members and immediate Supervisor to complete duties as needed.
