WE ARE HIRING - Floor Manager - Food
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably Masters.
- 5 to 8 years' experience with at least 2 years in a similar role in retail operations of food categories (Fruits & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, Bakery and Grocery Food & Non Food items)
Key Accountabilities:
- Plan, monitor, controls and directs all selling activities to ensure attainment of established sales targets and profit margins within or lower than acceptable shrinkage level.
- Specialized Product Knowledge of Non-Food related product line.
- Reviews and approves Ordering i.e. Daily, Weekly or through permanent Ordering to ensure availability of merchandise within the acceptable stocks and service levels.
- Coordinates with the buying team on negotiated promotional campaign that would require special merchandising displays.
