THEY'RE HIRING: Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer

They are looking for a Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in LLMs, Document AI, and customer-facing technical deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
Scope, configure, and deploy AI solutions based on individual customer requirements.
Work directly with customer operations and IT teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design and configure workflows involving exceptions, approvals, KYC requirements, and complex business scenarios.
Manage and optimize AI-powered document extraction, classification, and understanding capabilities.
Evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot misclassifications, and improve accuracy and performance.
Integrate AI solutions with customer infrastructure, including on-premises and resource-constrained environments.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and improve AI products.

Requirements:
Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on production experience with LLMs and Document AI.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI evaluation, document extraction, and classification.
Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact directly with customers.
Experience with on-premises deployments or constrained infrastructure will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work onsite at customer locations and travel when required.
Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
