Front Desk Officer - Pakistan, Faisalabad
Required Experience: 2 Years - 3 Years(Experience in FMCG / HoReCa preferably in cheese, ice cream, chilled dairy and beverages sales.)
Job Description:
We are looking for candidates having Bachelors / Masters with minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
This position is responsible to:
- Oversee and manage front desk operations, greet clients, coordinate appointments and maintain visitor logs.
- Managing & handling incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring a clean and presentable reception area.
- Proactively in mail handling, overseeing office housekeeping, guests entertainment, managing protocols and assisting with corporate meetings.
- Strong command in office e.g. MS Office & Excel, and ERP with strong communication & interpersonal skills
