Komatsu Pakistan Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is Hiring: Generative Al Engineer (LLMs + Research Focus)
We're looking for a highly skilled GenAl Engineer with strong research expertise to build and scale next-generation Al solutions.
Location: Islamabad, On-site
Job Type: Contract (renewable/leading to permanent position)
Requirements:
- Strong Python proficiency (mandatory)
- Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAl, Azure OpenAl, Anthropic)
- Experience with RAG architecture, embeddings & similarity search
- Prompt engineering & model fine-tuning
- TensorFlow / PyTorch experience
- Scalable Al system design (cloud / hybrid / on-prem)
- REST APIs & Docker deployments
- Research mindset, stays current with Al/NLP advancements
Good to have: .NET / Angular / React
