Looking for a General Manager (Operations)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: PKR 350,000 – 400,000 (Max)

Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of the organization. This role requires a strong operational leader with proven experience in driving efficiency, managing large teams, and ensuring sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations across multiple functions (supply chain, sales, distribution, support functions).
• Take full responsibility for P&L and ensure financial targets are met.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align them with overall business goals.
• Ensure smooth coordination between operations, sales, finance, and other departments.
• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Build strong vendor, partner, and stakeholder relationships to support business growth

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in P&L management, strategy execution, and team leadership.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and people management skills.

Based in Karachi (position is on-site).
