Our client is one of the most admired names in the pharmaceutical industry, based in Lahore. They are looking for a "Head of Commercial Excellence".

EXPERIENCE
+10 years of extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence functions.

JOB BRIEF
- Select Call reporting solutions, and implement solutions to ensure business processes are documented and field force calls are reported and available to line management for analysis
- Ensure secondary sales are available in the system through distributor’s invoices and are aligned to field force bricks, territories and deployment hierarchy
- Field force targets are managed and performance KPIs are available to the Commercial Director, Sales Management including all layers
- Ensure Corporate performance reports are delivered with accurate information to the Commercial Director and business Leads in Value, categorized by SKU, Brands, Teams and Product Managers
- Ensure that field force targets are managed and performance KPIs are available to the Commercial Director, Sales Management including all layers - Design framework, system and tools to manage Field Force Expenses and Activity process through automated solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders, internally and externally ensuring industry information is available to the marketing team and other functions
- Provide monthly data to IQVIA, ensuring data validation and quality of available data while ensuring that information is not compromised
- Responsible for designing incentive policies, reward programs and file systems to ensure field force incentive calculation is transparent, fair and in line with corporate strategy within budget and timely paid to field force
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Finance & Payroll for verification, pre-audit and disbursement cycle
- Support the Chief Commercial Officer in developing Operating Plans & Budgets within the overall business strategy, company guidelines and regulatory framework
