Looking for Head of Customer Services for our client based in Lahore. • Responsible for the effective planning, management and delivery of Customer Service activities including those for staff via diverse service channels nationally ensuring that teams are trained to deliver consistent services as per Company's global standards, Responsible for identifying gaps and develop and conduct training for teams on an ongoing basis.
