Orient Ceramica is seeking a Head of Marketing to drive brand growth, market share, and innovative strategies in the ceramics industry.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth.
- Lead brand positioning and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams for Impactful launches.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team for high performance.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 12-15 years (preferably from Tiles, Paints, FMCG, Steel of Cement Industry)
- Strong background in strategic marketing planning and execution.
- Expertise in brand positioning, digital marketing, and market development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- BBA/MBA Marketing or Equivalent.
