WE ARE HIRING - Head of Procurement - Supply Chain

Campus: Korangi Campus, Karachi

The incumbent will be responsible to develop strategic and operating plans to ensure that the Indus Hospital has the appropriate resources to support current forecasted operation and projected growth; to communicate resource plans to gain consensus from Management that respond to current and expanding operations; and to develop Supply Chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish policy, organizational structure, staff and procedure to ensure effective purchasing, receiving, storage, retrieval, delivery, and material accountability systems for all materials by components in the area of responsibility.
• Maintain interface with vendors and service representatives.
• Survey markets for latest trends in price, availability, delivery and quality.
• Manage and coordinate the establishment of scheduled, task assignments, and allocation of man hours and equipment.
• Determine fiscal requirements of office and prepare budgetary recommendations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Certification is a Plus
• 10-15 Years of Experience, Extensive experience in Procurement, import and compliance for large-scale operations.

Skills Required: Advanced Excel, strong reporting, and analytical abilities.
