We are hiring - HR Business Partner Manufacturing EPCL
Where: Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd., Plant Site - Port Qasim, Karachi
Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's in HR/Business Administration/Org. Psychology with at least 8 years of HR experience.
Summary:
- The HRBP Manufacturing functions as an internal HR consultant, supporting the Manufacturing function in building a strong talent pipeline through recruitment at all levels.
- The role provides strategic guidance to line management and the Head of HR on talent strategies while ensuring governance, compliance, and risk management.
- The candidate is responsible for maintaining a continuous supply of quality talent across the organization.
- As a strategic link between HR and the business, the HRBP embeds long-term HR development and management practices to enable business functions to achieve their goals.
