HR Executive (Learning & Development) required at Saifee Hospital Trust
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborating with managers and directly observing the employees at all levels to determine and analyze training & development needs (TNA).
Conducting, delivering & designing creative training sessions as per the need & employee development.
Tracking employees' progress made through training programs.
Designing internal & external training calendars & arrange external training programs for the development of employees.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HRM / Organizational Psychology.
A Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology / HRM will be given preference.
1 - 2 years of experience in the same capacity especially as a soft skills trainer.
Excellent communication skills (both English & Urdu).
Strong decision-making & interpersonal skills.
Female candidates will be given preference.
