AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire HR Executive for its HR Department- Head office based in Karachi
Position: HR Executive
Qualification: BBA/MBA
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: 45k-50k
Job Duties:
Add new employee data in HR software.
Manage employees’ grievances.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Supervise attendance management.
Manage complete Flow HCM software and ensure its full utilization.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and conduct regular reviewed with them to ensure retention and realign things with the HOD if any issue is being faced.
