WE ARE HIRING - HR Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive with experience in recruitment to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Handle full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
. Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate pipeline, and hiring status reports.
. Track and update employee performance KPIs in coordination with HOD.
. Plan and organize employee engagement activities, cultural events, & awareness sessions.
. Coordinate with line Manager to prepare HCA Report department wise.
. Support training sessions, team-building initiatives, and welfare programs.

REQUIREMENT:
. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in BBA, or MBA from a reputable university.
. Experience : 02 to 03 years of textile background.
. Excellent verbal, written communication & interpersonal skills and expert in MS Exce
