We’re Hiring — Recruiter (Call Center / BPO / USA Projects)

Are you a results-driven recruiter with a knack for finding top talent in the call center or BPO industry?

We’re expanding our team and looking for someone who understands the dynamics of US-based projects and knows how to build strong, high-performing sales and support teams.

Position: Recruiter

Hiring : On Urgent Basis

Location: F-8 Markaz, Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site)

Job Type : Apply only if you can WORK FROM OFFICE on daily basis in NIGHT SHIFT

Timings : 6 PM to 3 AM

Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 120,000 (Based on experience and performance) + Referral Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and onboard candidates for B2B sales, B2C sales, SAAS Sales, Business development,customer success, customer support, lead generation and back-office roles.
• Handle full-cycle recruitment for US-based campaigns (cold calling, lead generation, sales, etc.).
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and update recruitment dashboards regularly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced candidates will be preferred (preferably in Call Center / BPO / Staffing firms).
• Strong understanding of US time zones, shift patterns, and communication standards.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
